• All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT according to Romanian tax laws.
• Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods available through our online checkout.

• We ship worldwide via DHL Express, a reliable courier service.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout.
• Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, weather conditions, or errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

Since each artwork is custom, handmade, and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
Exceptions:
If an item arrives severely damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at doartstudio25@gmail.com, and include:
• Clear photos of the damaged artwork
• Photos of the packaging
• Order details
We will assess the situation and may offer a resolution depending on the circumstances. Please keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
