1. Non-Returnable Products
All artworks sold on this website are original, handmade, and one-of-a-kind, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
In accordance with European and Romanian consumer law (OUG 34/2014, Article 16(c)), custom-made or clearly personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, all paintings purchased from this site are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. No Right of Withdrawal
By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees that, once the purchase is confirmed and processed, the artwork cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued, due to the unique and original nature of the item.

3. Exceptions – Damaged Artwork
In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, the client must notify the seller within 48 hours of receiving the package, including photo evidence of both the artwork and the packaging.
Each case will be assessed individually. Possible solutions may include repair, replacement (if possible), or partial compensation, depending on the severity and nature of the damage.
